Mariana began her career at Komatsu and has 20 years experience in the Industrial equipment industry. She joined the Eqstra group in 1998, was promoted to General Manager Aftermarket in 2006 and joined the SIE board in 2009 as Director focusing on Procurement, Rental, IS and IT.

Ian MacDonald – General Manager, Hawker Power Products, Jet Park
After 30 years in the battery industry, Ian joined Hawker Power Products in December 2006 as General Manager. His interests lie in the technical side of the business and aims to be part of the development of Hawker Power Products into the leading material handling DC power provider in South Africa.

Pieter van Dyk – Customer Services Manager, Eqstra Industrial Power, Jet Park
Pieter joined Hawker Power Products in November 2006 (then still Imperial Power) as Maintenance Coordinator to assist with labour sourcing for, and management of staff performing battery maintenance in various battery rooms nationally. His current focus is customer services.

 Kenedy Lufuno Mutavhatsindi – Area Sales Representative, Hawker Power Products, Jet Park
Kenedy joined Hawker Power Products in January 2007 after spending 3 years with his previous employer.  He registered in 2006 with Training Gate for electrical installation practicals where he was selected to have his own team, due to the quality of work he was doing, while rewiring Sun City prison as a learner. He started with Hawker Power Products as a Battery Bay Supervisor and got promoted  to be Hawker’s first Electrical Technician in August 2007 after proving his worth. He worked for two years as a technician, also doing sales, and was promoted in November 2009  to the position of Area Sales Representative at the Jet Park Branch. He has four children and a loving wife. Kenedy loves cricket and soccer.
